Warehouse Maintenance Technician I

Full time / Permanent
Wage: $27.00 per hour + $1.75 shift differential

Shifts:

Wednesday 1:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m., Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Location:

Winnipeg, MB

• Complete routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assist and monitor work performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost‑effective operations.
• Handle special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure safety standards are followed in compliance with company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support and participate in lean initiative activities within the warehouse.

• Investigate and problem‑solve mechanical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred). General high school subjects.
• Two (2) years or more of experience in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs.
• Equipment certification may be required.
• Must pass a Ryder background check. DOT regulated. No travel required.

Depending on location, employees may need to operate equipment and hold relevant certifications. All candidates must pass a Ryder background check. The position is safety sensitive and DOT regulated.
