Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all site operations and facility maintenance

• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations

• Oversee contracting and delivery of maintenance services

• Manage budget processes for maintenance programs

• Guide and mentor staff in performance management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience

• Minimum four years in a related operations role

• Knowledge of federal and provincial regulations

• Skilled in project management methodologies

• Experience with RFP and service contract preparation
