Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role supports day-to-day operations of a commercial office property. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, building inspections, and tenant service requests. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure optimal performance of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, contributing to both safety and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building systems

• Perform detailed building inspections and maintain logs

• Assist in coordinating maintenance contractors and quotations

• Participate in health and safety initiatives and emergency responses

• Implement preventative maintenance programs for operational excellence

Requirements:

• Mechanical inclination with hands-on experience
