Take charge of maintenance operations as a Maintenance Lead at Eden Mental Health Centre. Oversee daily activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure efficient maintenance services for the facility.

Under the guidance of the Quality and Operations Manager, you will lead maintenance work at Eden Mental Health Centre. The role requires a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate and at least one year of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment. Your experience will play a crucial role in maintaining the building’s integrity and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work flow for optimal service efficiency

• Manage contractor services and general building maintenance

• Arrange and monitor performance of outside contractors

• Ensure accurate completion and reporting of work orders

• Delegate tasks to Maintenance or Groundskeeping personnel

Requirements:

• Complete Grade 12 education

• 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate required

• Minimum one year experience in healthcare facility maintenance

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Management certification/leadership courses are an asset
