Position: Caretaking Supervisor at University of Manitoba
Lead campus custodial operations as a Caretaking Supervisor at the University of Manitoba. Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and event setups in a vibrant community environment.

The University of Manitoba is hiring a Caretaking Supervisor responsible for managing custodial and facility services.

Your role ensures the delivery of high-quality cleaning and maintenance across facilities including pools, arenas, and athletic centers. You will also coordinate with campus stakeholders, supervise staff, and manage procurement and emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise custodial staff and maintain productivity levels

• Oversee cleaning and maintenance operations across campus facilities

• Coordinate event setups for various sports and community functions

• Manage supplies and equipment procurement effectively

• Respond to facility-related emergencies as needed

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in a related field is required

• Three years of experience in facility management/supervision

• Knowledge of custodial operations and pool maintenance

• Certification as a Pool Operator and in Refrigeration

• Strong communication and leadership skills
