Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations through effective maintenance strategy execution, equipment reliability programs, and hands-on technical leadership. The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving OEE, controlling maintenance costs, and supporting production targets.
What You'll Do:

Lead preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize downtime

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues

Drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions for recurring equipment failures

Oversee installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment and infrastructure

Manage CMMS systems, maintenance KPIs, and equipment reliability performance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and audit requirements

Develop and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost control initiatives

Support OEE and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Production and Quality

Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians in a high-performance environment

Who You Are:

Technical diploma or engineering degree (or equivalent experience)

5–10+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing or industrial operations

Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting experience (including PLCs)

Proven success improving uptime, reliability, and maintenance performance metrics

Experience with CMMS systems and budget management

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
