Role Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in empty residential properties, offices, and common areas
Move in/move out cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, windows, appliances
Property clean outs:
Including garbage/compost bin cleaning and pressure washing enclosures
Follow checklists and meet quality standards for each job
Communicate with dispatch on job status, photos, and any issues found on site
Maintain safe work practices and proper use of cleaning equipment/chemicals
Requirements Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Must have your own transportation and be able to travel to job sites in Whitehorse
Ability to lift 25-40 lbs, work on your feet, bend, and kneel
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Must supply own basic PPE: gloves, non-slip shoes.
Contractor must supply own cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools for all jobs
Liability insurance preferred.
Criminal record check may be required for certain sites
