Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in strategic planning and budget management

• Supervise and lead custodial staff, addressing performance issues

• Conduct quality assurance inspections in custodial services

• Coordinate staffing needs due to absenteeism and events

• Maintain accurate records related to custodial operations

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of facility management experience

• Certification as a Pool Operator and Power Engineering

• Strong knowledge of custodial operations and safety regulations

• Effective communication and supervisory skills

• Experience in a unionized environment preferred
