Full-Time Groundskeeper at Actionmarguerite

As a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds while performing preventative maintenance duties on equipment. Seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare settings, who is mechanically inclined and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Bilingual candidates (French and English) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical maintenance of building and grounds

• Complete ongoing work requisitions efficiently

• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment

• Ensure outdoor spaces are safe and inviting

• Maintain accurate records and workflow

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education

• Valid driver's licence required
