Class 5 Power Engineer Maintenance Lead

Elevate maintenance standards as a Class 5 Power Engineer Maintenance Lead at Eden Mental Health Centre. Coordinate repairs, manage workflows, and ensure safety and functionality within the facility.

In your role, you will work closely with the Quality and Operations Manager to coordinate all maintenance tasks at Eden Mental Health Centre. A Grade 12 education and a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate are essential, along with at least one year of supervisory experience in a similar setting. Your leadership will be key in maintaining the facility's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and staff delegation

• Manage contracting services for building upkeep

• Evaluate and authorize outside contractor performance

• Guarantee accurate reporting of work orders

• Assign tasks to groundskeeping and maintenance staff

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma required

• Must hold a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate

• At least one year in healthcare maintenance

• Supervisory experience is required

• Management or leadership training is advantageous
