As a Maintenance Assistant at Grandview Post Acute, you'll keep our facilities running smoothly by handling repairs, grounds upkeep, and compliance with safety standards. This full-time role is vital for resident comfort and operational efficiency.

Your primary duties will include performing routine maintenance, reporting equipment issues, and assisting with emergency situations when necessary. Requirements:

• Minimum educational requirement: 10th grade

• Independent decision-making and communication skills

• Experience with various maintenance tasks

• Strong focus on safety and proper procedures

• Ability to lift and handle equipment as needed
