Facilities Manager for Schools Springfield

Lead facilities management in Springfield schools with TRACKS Integrated Services. This role focuses on planned maintenance and asset management from September 2023.

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee operations across a diverse schools portfolio, ensuring effective collaboration with subcontractors, School Officers, and stakeholders. Your expertise in facility maintenance and communication will be essential to maintaining smooth operations. You’ll manage both planned and reactive maintenance, reinforcing support for internal teams and site inspections throughout your contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams

• Manage all planned and reactive maintenance tasks

• Conduct site inspections and audits regularly

• Support work order management and address subcontractor queries

• Monitor contractor performance against compliance and budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management or trades

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Valid driver’s license and Working with Children Check

• National Police Check clearance required

• Strong supervisory and problem-solving abilities
