Position: Energetic Custodian Role at Pollard Banknote
Pollard Banknote Limited is looking for an energetic Custodian to maintain our facilities full-time. Help us create clean and safe spaces for our team and guests.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning diverse areas including offices and washrooms while also ensuring safety by reporting any maintenance issues. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions and contribute to maintaining the grounds. Scheduled hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking evening work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning

• Report on necessary repairs or safety hazards

• Conduct basic maintenance and repairs

• Assist with facility setups for meetings or events

• Undertake additional custodian duties as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Previous custodial experience preferred

• Capable of lifting and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Resourceful and adaptable to changing tasks
