CARTE International Inc is actively searching for a detail-oriented Maintenance CMMS Expert to join their maintenance team. You will focus on administering the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), specifically overseeing Maintenance Change Requests (MCR) and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM). Your skills will directly impact the effectiveness of maintenance operations and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CMMS program (MaintainX) and maintain accurate data
• Track work order completions and MTTR for effective outcomes
• Analyze maintenance cost and labor trends
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators
• Conduct root cause analysis for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Related technical diploma or equivalent work experience
• Five years of experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications
• Outstanding organization and coordination abilities
