In the role of Utilities Coordinator, you will work closely with the Utilities Supervisor to maintain the Division's facilities. This full-time position requires expertise in managing preventive maintenance and mechanical systems, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that all utility equipment is in optimal condition while supporting school staff in maintaining safety standards.

• Coordinate maintenance of mechanical systems effectively

Requirements:

• Background in institutional facility management

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Proven experience working independently and in teams

• Class 5 Driver's License required
