Elevate your maintenance career with Sunrise Farms as a 4th Class Power Engineer. Ensure compliance and operational effectiveness in our state-of-the-art poultry facilities.
In this role, you will carry out essential maintenance tasks, from daily inspections of critical systems to proactive troubleshooting and repairs. Your focus will be on minimizing downtime while supporting production and sanitation teams as needed. With a collaborative mindset, you will communicate clearly with various stakeholders to report and address any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections on ammonia refrigeration and wastewater systems
• Support maintenance team in effective repairs and troubleshooting
• Manage breakdown calls promptly to minimize impact
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules for equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma (Grade 12)
• Valid 4th class power engineering certificate
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
