In this challenging role, you will utilize your 5 years of experience in the manufacturing field to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC Mills, Lathes, and EDM machines. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in performing preventive maintenance and addressing maintenance issues promptly while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning CNC machinery
• Conduct preventive maintenance to limit downtime
• Escalate maintenance concerns to the Shop Supervisor
• Carry out safety checks and emergency response protocols
• Maintain organized records of repairs and maintenance performed
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
• Expertise in industrial equipment maintenance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Knowledge of safety and lockout procedures
