As a Cleaner, you will maintain cleanliness in communal areas and handle various cleaning duties, including monthly deep cleanings. This role requires you to assist with inspections, provide cleaning estimates, and perform minor repairs when necessary. Your efforts will significantly enhance the living conditions for all tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean building entrances and hallways

• Conduct thorough month-end cleaning for appliances and more

• Attend pre-move-out inspections for cleaning assessments

• Complete small repairs as they arise

• Support the maintenance of the exterior property areas

Requirements:

• Understanding of cleaning products and their uses

• Basic computer skills are essential

• Ability to travel between sites as required
