As part of the Maintenance Team, you will ensure the building remains safe, clean, and compliant with all regulations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment, managing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance member satisfaction. A proactive mindset is crucial for addressing concerns and fostering a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and oversee preventative maintenance routines
• Maintain all facility fixtures in top condition
• Ensure compliance through daily and weekly checks
• Report safety issues and follow up promptly
• Oversee maintenance of critical areas, such as fire exits
Requirements:
• Level 2 technical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
