Transform the maintenance departments at Canad Inns as the Maintenance Manager. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of repair and safety in our properties.
In this critical position, you will work closely with the General Manager to uphold Canad's robust maintenance protocols. Your focus will be on developing efficient maintenance strategies and supervising daily operations, ensuring that all necessary repairs and safety measures are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective maintenance strategies for operations
• Assure quality adherence to Canad Inns standards
• Conduct regular inspections of safety measures and equipment
• Oversee inventory management for maintenance supplies
• Lead and mentor a dedicated maintenance team
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Manager in hotels
• Journeyman certification in HVAC or Plumbing, preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance systems
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in management software related to maintenance
