Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out maintenance for buildings and resident needs
• Maintain swimming pool operations including chemical balance
• Conduct property inspections to mitigate safety issues
• Organize maintenance records and safety documentation
• Participate in on-call service for emergencies
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent necessary
• Basic computer proficiency for maintenance software
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
• Transportation required for on-call capabilities
