Aquatics Building Servicer

Position: Aquatics Building Servicer at City
Enhance facility operations as a Building Servicer 2 - Aquatics in Winnipeg. This full-time position involves equipment maintenance, water quality management, and custodial duties at various locations.

Under the supervision of the Foreperson Grade 2, you will perform critical maintenance activities for pool facilities. This role demands experience in building servicing and expertise in equipment repairs and water chemistry to comply with Manitoba Health regulations. Your leadership in training new employees and service-oriented mindset will contribute significantly to the Aquatics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance of building equipment and repairs

• Test and maintain water quality in pool facilities

• Execute custodial duties and maintenance repairs

• Assist in training fellow employees and encourage teamwork

• Respond to customer service requests effectively

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent experience

• Valid 5th Class Power Engineer's Certificate

• Minimum one year as Building Servicer 1 or similar

• Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and safety practices

• Ability to work in humid environments and handle physical tasks
