Lead the maintenance and safety of facilities with Det'on Cho Group in the Northwest Territories. This role emphasizes team supervision, preventive maintenance, and contractor management for operational efficiency.
As the Facilities Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring buildings and properties are functional, compliant, and safe. You will manage a facilities team, coordinate maintenance schedules, and enforce safety practices. Your leadership will impact not only the condition of the facilities but also the success of the business units you support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise building maintenance and groundskeeping activities
• Establish preventive-maintenance schedules
• Complete routine inspections of buildings and grounds
• Coordinate emergency facilities responses
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance
Requirements:
• College degree in engineering or related discipline
• 3-4 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of preventive-maintenance practices
• Valid driver's license for travel
