Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. This Housekeeping Aide cleans Resident apartments and common areas. The work includes institutional cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, documentation, and resident-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean areas according to assigned schedules and sanitation procedures
- Clean apartments, common areas, fixtures, walls, ceilings, lights, vents, and windows
- Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
- Strip, scrub, spray, and buff floor surfaces
- Transport garbage to designated areas and complete required documentation
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet the job’s physical requirements
- Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within six months
