Hourly Rate:  $20.275 - $22.692 (as per CUPE collective agreement)

General

Duties and Responsibilities:

Keep common areas clean, including vacuuming and washing floors, cleaning windows (interior & exterior), wiping railings and door handles, removing garbage, cleaning bathrooms and other designated areas.

Clear snow and apply ice melt or sand as needed.

Move garbage bins for scheduled pickup and return them after.

Maintain inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activities.

Notify superiors of any damage, deficits, and disturbances.

Drive to different locations.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.

Organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills.

Ability to pass a background check.
