Maintenance Manager Asset Reliability

Lead asset reliability strategy and maintenance operations as Maple Leaf Foods’ Maintenance Manager, applying SAP, CMMS, and continuous improvement expertise.
Reporting to the Reliability Leader, this Maintenance Manager establishes long-term departmental strategy aligned with the corporate Asset Reliability Program. The role enhances facility performance through modern manufacturing principles and data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities span planning, staffing, training, work management, equipment strategies, and departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop maintenance plans aligned with reliability objectives and roadmap
Coach staff toward results within the budget envelope
Manage work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and follow-up
Establish preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance strategies
Track, understand, and improve departmental key performance indicators
Requirements:
At least five years in a maintenance role
Proven maintenance best practices in industrial environments
Technical diploma required; engineering degree preferred
Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems
Experience applying standard operating procedures
Bring maintenance leadership, SAP asset strategies, and data-driven improvement to Maple Leaf Foods’ facility performance goals.
