This Supervisor leads maintenance, operations, and facility services staff across building infrastructure. The position coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders, contractors, emergency response, and operational continuity. Success requires knowledge of HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, life safety, security, and vertical transportation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily maintenance, operations, and facility services staff
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems
Prioritize work orders against service levels and performance indicators
Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers
Coordinate incidents, investigations, emergency response, and corrective actions
Requirements:
Minimum five years facilities operations or building maintenance experience
Minimum three years leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and life safety
Experience managing maintenance programs, contractors, and service providers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems
Bring facilities leadership, building systems expertise, and emergency response experience to Ellis Don’s courthouse operations team.
