Support Custom Castings year-round with janitorial duties, snow clearing, and production support across a clean, safe aluminum manufacturing facility.
The Janitor/Production Support team member handles interior cleaning and exterior upkeep for Custom Castings. Responsibilities span production areas, offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, entrances, and walkways. The position also operates snow removal equipment and assists with varied facility tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain interior production and common areas
- Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the facility
- Keep entrances and walkways clear of debris
- Operate a snowblower and clear paths
- Clean, empty, and secure former employee lockers
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to operate a walk-behind floor sweeper and scrubber
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Willingness to assist with varied tasks
Use your cleaning, equipment operation, and hands-on support skills to maintain Custom Castings' facility inside and outside.
