Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for fence and overhead door solutions

• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and forecasting

• Guide senior leadership across multiple departments

• Promote safety compliance and operational excellence

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience

• Strong P&L management skills

• Leadership within commercial construction required

• Experience in both commercial and residential markets

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
