Transportation Safety Compliance Manager

Lead transportation safety compliance at Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd. from Winnipeg, guiding DOT requirements, HOS audits, and driver safety programming.
Reporting to the Director of Safety & Driver Development, this manager supervises department staff and compliance operations. The work covers federal, provincial, and state requirements, licensing, inspections, and driver coaching. You will also coordinate testing, audits, training, and emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff, safety programming, deadlines, and emergency responses
- Coach drivers on HOS, cameras, testing, tickets, and permits
- Track inspections, complaints, tickets, and disciplinary support
- Launch campaigns addressing non-compliance trends
- Lead CTPAT and PIP compliance audits
- Five years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong DOT, HOS, and cross-border regulation knowledge
- Supervisory or transportation safety leadership experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiarity with TMW or similar systems
