As Manager, Enterprise Risk - Internal Audit & Controls, you will lead engagements across industries. Your work includes risk management, control testing, process improvement, and client reporting. You will also guide teams and support business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise risk and internal audit service engagements
- Determine engagement scope, programs, criteria, and procedures
- Execute walkthroughs, test controls, and recommend improvements
- Develop training materials for clients and team members
- Manage scheduling, budgets, billing, collections, and variances
- CIA designation or enrollment
- Six to seven years of internal audit experience
- Experience in business and practice development
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Flexibility to travel as necessary
