We are currently looking for a Shipping Clerk at our Manitoba Mill facility.

Job summary:

Reporting to our External Logistics Facilitator, your focus will be to check load sheets for outbound trucks/railcars and shipments from offsite locations.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring material is tested and not on hold
  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Working with carriers to ensure they are complying with our safe operating practices while onsite
  • Maintaining GAM/Offsite inventory and entering shipments

    • Our ideal candidate will have the following education / experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • or more years of experience in an office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Above average use of computer skills and software knowledge in SAP and in MS Office would be considered an asset
