Technical Specialist, Manufacturing Support

This 18-month role requires strong experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and process engineering. You will be responsible for troubleshooting deviations, drafting key operational documents, and ensuring that newly developed processes meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate technology transfers and process qualifications

• Engage in troubleshooting and thorough investigations

• Author and edit critical SOPs and batch records

• Analyze data trends and perform root cause analysis

• Support continuous improvement initiatives through Gemba walks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or similar

• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing field

• Knowledge of cGMP and validation processes

• Strong analytical and technical writing skills

• Ability to foster collaborative working relationships
