Fabricator​/Equipment Repair

In this position, you’ll:

• Execute Mig welding repairs (stick and tig are assets)
• Think independently to complete repairs quickly
• Perform field and location repairs as required
• Use creativity to improve old designs
• Operate a mill and lathe (preferred)
• Carry out general farm equipment repairs
• Work additional hours when necessary
• Maintain an optimistic, solution‑focused mindset
• Be self‑motivated, service‑oriented, and willing to take initiative
• Have experience in welding and fabrication
• Hold a valid class 5 driver’s license
