As the Lead Cabinet Painter, you will report to the Vice-President, managing day-to-day painting operations. Your focus will be on applying stains and paints, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks. This hands-on role requires effective communication and teamwork to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply specialized paints and stains to cabinetry
• Conduct surface repairs and touch-ups
• Ensure standards of quality paint application
• Maintain uniform inspection of parts
• Collaborate closely with team members on project goals
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in cabinet painting
• Proficient in colour theory and painting methods
• Capable of handling materials up to 30 lbs
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
