Forte Tooling Technologies is seeking a CNC Programmer and Tool Maker to enhance our tooling capabilities. This role involves programming CNC machines, dismantling and repairing molds, and collaborating with engineers on product development. Key Responsibilities:

• Create tool paths based on design specifications

• Program and operate CNC milling machines

• Support team in resolving production issues

• Fit and assemble tools, ensuring high precision

• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery

Requirements:

• Strong experience programming CNC milling centers

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and fabrication expertise

• Proficient with CAM software, ideally Master Cam

• Skilled in understanding mechanical drawings

• Strong communication and organizational skills
