We are seeking a full‑time, dedicated, reliable, and skilled Cultivation Associate to support the daily operations of cannabis cultivation and assist with plant care.
Humble Grow is a Winnipeg‑based, federally licensed producer of dried cannabis flower. We grow cannabis using a concept of scalable modules that allow increased flexibility while maintaining third‑party certifications to export to international markets.

TypicalDuties & Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of plant cultivation, including propagation, transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvesting.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues related to pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grow rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with sanitation protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cultivation schedules to ensure optimal plant development.
- Mix and apply nutrients and water according to instructions and feeding schedules.
- Keep detailed records of plant growth, activities, and observations as required by compliance regulations.
- Assist in environmental control monitoring, such as temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels.
- Support post‑harvest tasks such as drying, trimming, and waste disposal when needed.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable provincial cannabis regulations.
- Perform any other tasks requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in horticulture.
- Previous experience in a commercial greenhouse, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work in humid, hot, or cold environments and stand or kneel for extended periods.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass background checks as required by regulatory authorities.
- Operate various equipment as required.
- Oral communication skills required.
