Position: Full-Time Counter top Templater
Join the FLOFORM team as a Full-Time Counter top Templater in Winnipeg, where you’ll create essential templates for custom countertops. This position emphasizes accurate measurements and customer interaction.

Your role will involve using AutoCAD and CAM software, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience in templating or fabrication. The Templater will visit client locations to finalize measurements and communicate any adjustments needed during the templating process. Clear communication and customer service skills will ensure client satisfaction and successful installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites for accurate templating

• Advise on necessary modifications based on measurements

• Complete and submit work orders in a timely manner

• Create detailed digital drawings for production

• Maintain company vehicle and adhere to physical requirements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education relevant to the role

• Strong background in digital templating and CAD software

• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to lift and manage physical tasks
