Position: Full-Time Manufacturing Engineering Leader

Magellan Aerospace is seeking a full-time leader for its manufacturing hub. With at least seven years of experience in manufacturing, you will support project goals, manage workloads, and drive process improvements. If you possess a technical diploma, strong communication skills, and a passion for teamwork, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage departmental workload distribution and priorities

• Collaborate with supervisors and program managers to resolve issues

• Initiate and support improvements in existing processes

• Assist in tool design and manufacturing method establishment

• Address minor MRB issues effectively

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in a technical field

• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of internal MRB requirements

• CIM certificate is an asset

• Black or Green Belt certification preferred
