In this role reporting to the Vice-President, your primary responsibilities include applying paints and stains while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately apply paint and stains on cabinets
• Repair and smooth surfaces to meet quality standards
• Monitor paint application for assembly suitability
• Perform quality checks on cabinet components
• Follow safety protocols and report any incidents
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year minimum experience in cabinet painting
• Comprehensive knowledge of color theory
• Experience with different painting techniques
• Physically fit to manage weights up to 30 lbs
