isg Search is on the lookout for a mid-level AOI Programmer to support surface mount manufacturing. As a key player in programming and troubleshooting SMT equipment, you will be responsible for first article verification and process improvements. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of programming expertise and a solid understanding of inspection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and verify SMT equipment and first articles

• Troubleshoot and enhance reflow and inspection processes

• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration tasks

• Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues

• Support manufacturing readiness and training of operators

Requirements:

• Diploma or associate degree in electronics or related fields

• 2-3 years' experience in equipment programming

• Proficient with CAD data and maintenance tasks

• Familiarity with ESD standards and quality assurance

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
