Skilled Welder at Meridian Manufacturing

Meridian Manufacturing Inc. is hiring a Skilled Welder to focus on custom metal fabrication. Experience in MIG and ARC welding will help you thrive in this high-paced production setting.

In this position, you will fabricate agricultural systems and other custom products per specifications.

Your role includes reading technical drawings and operating various metalworking machinery. Working alongside the Team Manager and other welders, you'll ensure your work meets both safety standards and quality expectations through inspections and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks adhering to specifications

• Read and apply blueprints accurately

• Conduct quality inspections and maintain clean work areas

• Operate machinery while following safety guidelines

• Train junior welders on production techniques

Requirements:

Required:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Preferred: 1-2 years of welding experience

• Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work effectively under pressure

• CWB tickets achievable within initial three months
