Lead operational changes as a Supply Chain Operations Engineer with Pollard Banknote in Winnipeg. This role focuses on designing and improving manufacturing systems for maximum efficiency.
In this impactful position at Pollard Banknote, the Supply Chain Operations Engineer will analyze and enhance material flow, production planning, and scheduling to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify inefficiencies and drive changes in operations

• Develop and implement Power BI dashboards for KPIs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational readiness
Requirements:

• Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, or related fields

• Required APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)

• Over 3 years experience in a plant-based environment

• Strong knowledge of MRP and production planning systems

• Proficient in Excel and operational analysis tools
