Become a vital team member at HAYDEN Diamond Bit Industries as a Production Finisher on the PM shift. This role emphasizes high-quality grinding while collaborating closely with the Quality Department.

This permanent full-time position in Richmond, BC, offers an exciting opportunity to work in a specialized manufacturing environment. You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure product excellence while actively engaging with team members for process enhancements. Prior experience in manufacturing or metal industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow SOP for quality grinding and sandblasting

• Collaborate with Quality Department on improvements

• Safely handle large metal powder batches

• Maintain high-quality standards with attention to detail

• Participate in mold cleaning and preparation tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 completion or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience in metal or related fields

• Strong English communication skills

• Mechanically inclined with operation knowledge

• Able to lift/move up to 20 lbs
