Become a Valve Technician in a dynamic manufacturing environment requiring precision and mechanical skills. Engage in assembly, disassembly, and quality control processes while ensuring adherence to work instructions.
This role involves interpreting shop procedures, fitting and reassembling valves, and submitting material requests for necessary components. With your mechanical aptitude and experience, you will ensure high standards in production and may also support cross-training initiatives. Weekend and overtime work will be part of your schedule.
Key Responsibilities Read and follow shop work instructions accurately
Disassemble and assemble valves as per production needs
Identify components for reassembly and request materials
Fit valves after completion of production processes
Participate in cross‑training for various shop areas
Requirements High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of valve or related mechanical experience
Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for 8-hour shifts
Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Basic computer skills and teamwork ability
Utilize your mechanical skills and join a rapid‑paced production team as a Valve Technician.
