Job Summary  The Commercial Aircraft A220 program is looking for painters to join our team based in Mirabel, Québec, Canada. If you have experience in the industrial or aerospace sector, or are looking to enter this field with a desire to grow and develop new skills, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities   Support the preparation of parts, including sanding, polishing, and masking.
Assist in aircraft painting and post‑paint touch‑ups.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure compliance with production standards and deadlines.
Perform any other related duties based on experience and qualifications.
Work in confined spaces on a regular basis.
Work at heights up to 150 feet.
Maintain a clean‑shaven face and wear a properly fitted mask at all times.
Qualifications   A.P.S. Industrial Painting / Aerospace Flaps OR D.P.S. Bodywork OR D.C.S. Aerospace Painting OR a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a coach builder in the automobile or aerospace sector within the last 5 years.
Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as required.
