In this role, you will manage procurement activities within distribution and production while ensuring compliance with health and safety programs. Collaborating with suppliers, you'll track deliveries, generate performance reports, and adhere strictly to purchasing policies that enhance product flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor health and safety protocols in purchases
• Manage purchasing tasks for production and distribution
• Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies
• Build strong supplier relationships to guarantee timely deliveries
• Track order statuses, including shipping and delivery
Requirements:
• High School diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus
• 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain or Operations procurement
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong math skills
• Experience in continuous improvement is preferred
