Vancouver Plant Manager - CPG Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all production and packaging operations effectively

• Oversee annual operational budget and P&L performance

• Lead a unionized workforce and ensure compliance with agreements

• Monitor KPIs for OEE, yield, and labor efficiency

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• 5+ years in senior plant management, preferably in Food/CPG

• Experience in a matrix organization and unionized settings

• Strong data-driven decision-making expertise

• Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
