Line Leader at Menasha Packaging

As a Line Leader, you'll guide general labor personnel in assembling displays and packaging. You'll follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while fostering communication and ensuring a clean working environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel

• Maintain GMP guidelines for safety and cleanliness

• Improve production efficiency continuously

• Reconcile stock at the end of each shift

• Communicate quality issues with inspectors

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience in packaging equipment preferred

• 1-2 years in food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic packaging an asset

• Basic GMP and SOP knowledge

• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
