We are looking for qualified OSD Manufacturing Operators who can relocate under the TN Visa program. This full time, on‑site position focuses on hands‑on experience with equipment and adherence to stringent regulations. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of FDA compliance and cGMP practices, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment adhering to cGMP
- Conduct equipment cleaning, setup, and changeovers
- Execute batch processes according to established protocols
- Document quality checks during production
- Support continuous operational improvement tasks
- Level II: 3-7 years in OSD manufacturing
- Level III: 7+ years pharmaceutical experience
- Familiarity with Compression, Coating, and Encapsulation
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Competence in operating high‑end machinery
